# Furniture & Housing

## Furniture and Housing Guide

Furniture provides useful buffs and is stored separately for each character.

You can enter your personal room through **\[HouseKeeper] Charlie** in Flaris.

### Using Furniture

Purchased Furniture can be found in the **Buffs** tab of your inventory. Double-click the item to add it to your Housing Window. Its duration starts immediately and continues while offline or while the Furniture is deactivated.

Enter your room and press `Y` to open the Housing Window:

* A circle (`O`) means the Furniture is placed and its buff is active.
* An (`X`) means the Furniture is currently deactivated.
* Double-click a Furniture item to place it inside your room.
* Only one item of each Furniture-type can be active.
* To replace Furniture, select the currently placed item and click **Cancel** before placing the new one.

Buffs from different Furniture types stack and remain active outside your room. To leave your room, click the door underneath the stairs.

### Obtaining Furniture

* **Beginner Furniture:** Available from **\[HouseKeeper] Charlie** in Flaris.
* **Advanced Furniture:** Available from **\[Kebaria Exchanger] Maria** using Daily Coins obtained in Kebaria.
* **Endgame Furniture:** Available from **\[Umbala Exchanger] Umbpa** in front of the Umbala Dungeon using materials obtained inside the dungeon.

Check the **PvE Balance Class Guides** to find the recommended Furniture for your class.

{% hint style="info" %}
Keep Umbala and older-content materials until you have checked the furniture exchanges. Some pieces provide useful progression effects rather than appearance only.
