Kalgas Cave, Ankou´s Asylum & Catacombs
These three beginner dungeons help you build your first useful equipment and prepare for the next stages of progression. You do not need to farm every item from all three dungeons—focus on the rewards your character is still missing.
Kalgas Cave
Kalgas Cave is the best starting point of this group. Around 200,000 HP and moderate damage are recommended.
The final boss can drop parts of the Kalgas Set. Monsters and bosses also provide Kalgas Coins and Runes, which can be exchanged at the NPC outside the dungeon for missing set parts. Completing this set gives you a solid base for the more demanding early-game dungeons.
Recommended HP: Approximately 200,000
Main Rewards: "Runes" + Kalgas-EQ
Dungeon Style: Mobs for AoE / Midbosses / Endboss
Recommended Team: Tank, DPS
Ankou's Asylum
Ankou's Asylum is mainly used to obtain your first Behemoth Weapons. Its requirements are similar to Kalgas Cave, making it another accessible dungeon for newer characters.
Weapons can be obtained from the final boss or purchased with the coins dropped by monsters inside the dungeon. Farm it until you have the weapon or shield required for your class, then continue with your progression.
Recommended HP: Approximately 200,000
Main Rewards: "Runes" + Behe-Weapon
Dungeon Style: Mobs for AoE / Midbosses / Endboss
Recommended Team: Tank, DPS
Catacombs
The Catacombs are primarily useful for farming Coins and Runes. Around 200,000 HP and moderate damage are recommended.
Coins can be exchanged for Cloaks and Glyphs at the entrance, while the Runes are used for valuable Alchemy recipes and remain useful later in your progression. Run the dungeon whenever you need these materials rather than treating it as a mandatory long-term farm.
Recommended HP: Approximately 200,000
Main Rewards: "Runes"
Dungeon Style: Mobs for AoE / Midbosses / Endboss
Recommended Team: Tank, DPS
