Soulreaver to Royal
Royal progression begins after P50 and requires strong Soulreaver Equipment and a Soulreaver Weapon. Unlike the previous equipment stages, Royal Equipment is not created by merging your Soulreaver items.
Requirements for Royal Leveling
To begin the regular Royal progression route, you need:
At least Platin Level 50
A usable Soulreaver Weapon
Strong Soulreaver Equipment
Active Power-Ups and enough survivability for Royal monsters
Royal monsters cannot be damaged with older Weapon stages. The content is balanced around strong Soulreaver gear and active Power-Ups.
Level from Royal Level 1 to 6
At Royal Level 1, you unlock the Wasteland through the Teleporter.
Wasteland is the leveling area for Royal Level 1 to 6. The monsters can deal up to approximately 900,000 damage and can only be damaged with Soulreaver or Royal Weapons.
Royal EXP can be shared within a group, so leveling together with other players can make this stage easier.
Complete the Royal Level 6 to 10 progression
Royal Level 6 unlocks Cardia Harbor and the quest progression toward Royal Level 10. You do not level from monster kills during this stage. Instead, complete the required story, hunt, gathering, and daily quests.
Important Cardia quest NPCs include:
[Quest] Lilly – near the sea in Cardia Harbor
[Hunt Quest] Gavin – close to the Cardia Harbor spawn
[Mineralogist] Rowan – near the windmill
[Plant Expert] Eugene – in the middle of Cardia Harbor
[Story Quest] Aldwin – on the left side of Cardia near the Harbor
[Quest] Zuah – in front of Cardia Cave
[Quest] Bharc – inside Cardia Cave
You can also complete the required daily quests from [Daily Quest] Raimond the Fearless and [Daily Quest] Lord Pang at least to gain Royal-EXP.

Obtain permanent Royal Equipment
At Royal Level 10, you can equip permanent Royal Equipment and Weapons. Each class has two main Royal variants:
Royal Darkness: Focused on damage
Royal Blood: Focused on HP and survivability
Royal items can be obtained from:
Royal Loot Orbs
Cardia exchanges and crafting
Other players
Plan for approximately 5,300,000 HP in Destruction Cavern and in Azmore Forest. Both dungeons require a capable Tank and high damage output from ur DD.
Build your Royal items
Royal Equipment and Weapons are separate items. You do not merge your Soulreaver gear into them.
This also means that the following properties must be built again on your Royal items:
Upgrades
Awakenings
Cards
Diamonds
Elements
Royal bonus stats
Royal items use their own EXP-based upgrade system. Some upgrade materials are obtained from Cardia monsters, while other materials comes from the Royal dungeons.
For more information, see the Royal Equipment Guide and Royal Upgrading Guide.
Keep your Soulreaver gear
Do not sell or destroy your Soulreaver Equipment after obtaining your first Royal items.
You will still need it because:
Strong Soulreaver gear remains useful until your Royal setup is better.
Soulreaver bonus stats are used by the Soulreaver Sacrifice system.
From Royal Level 15, suitable Soulreaver items can unlock permanent Damage or HP Power-Ups and Trance Mode.
Only use the Soulreaver Sacrifice System once your Royal Equipment can fully replace the Soulreaver items you intend to destroy.
Level Boost Token Note
Characters using a Level Boost Token begin at Royal Level 6 with temporary Royal gear. This gear is only a starting aid and does not replace permanent progression. Use the available time to complete the Cardia quests and obtain permanent Royal Equipment.
