Celestara is an endgame destination that is the Main ECP-Farm-Map and containing quest NPCs, recipes and material exchanges for permanent progression.

Aurelios and the Ultimate Flask

The quest NPC Aurelios sells the recipe for the permanent Ultimate Entropia Flask. The recipe costs 1 Black Perin. The Flask itself can only be activated from Royal Level 10 onward.
