🧑🦽Seraph Tank
Tank Seraph
The Tank Seraph is a dedicated defensive build focused on surviving heavy boss attacks, healing efficiently and keeping the party alive. Unlike hybrid tanks, this build does not rely primarily on Suckblood for sustain. Instead, it combines a large HP pool with defensive stats and the Seraph's healing abilities.
This guide provides a general direction for building a Tank Seraph. Depending on the dungeon and your current equipment, you may need to adjust individual stats.
Most Important Stats
STA: The primary stat of the build. It increases your HP and overall survivability.
HP% and HP+: Increase your total HP and help you survive stronger boss attacks.
Boss Absorb: Reduces the damage received from boss monsters.
Block: Helps reduce the number of attacks that deal their full damage.
Healing Effectiveness: Improves the strength of your healing abilities.
HP Recovery: Provides additional passive sustain.
Invest your stat points into STA.
Weapons
The Tank Seraph uses a Stick. The Stick should be built around STA wherever possible.

The Stick supports the Seraph's healing playstyle. Prioritize survivability over damage.
Equipment
Use the defensive equipment variant intended for tanks. From Royal Level 10 onward, this is the Royal Blood Set.

The HP% reroll on the Gauntlets provides an additional source of maximum HP, while the remaining equipment focuses on STA.
Fashion
Build your Fashion Set around STA:
Combine Awake: STA
Bonus Stat: STA
Gem Lines: STA & HP
This keeps the build consistent and strengthens both your maximum HP and general survivability.
Accessories
During the early stages, use a Topaz Accessory Set or its upgraded variants because they provide STA.
In Royal content, the Royal Life Accessory Set is the main recommendation for a Tank Seraph. A clean Royal Seraph Accessory Set can additionally be used when face-tanking AoE attacks, but upgrading this secondary set is usually unnecessary.
Furniture
Prioritize furniture that provides defensive stats such as:
STA
HP% or HP+
Defense+
Recommended Upgrade Priority
For a Tank Seraph, the recommended Royal upgrade order is:
Set
Weapons
Rings
Earrings
Your first goal should be reaching the HP requirement of the dungeon you want to enter. Once you can survive its strongest attacks, improve your healing and defensive consistency before preparing for the next dungeon tier.
For an offensive build, see the DPS Seraph Guide.
