Once you enter the mid game and reach Cardia, several new money-making methods become available.

Which method is best for you depends mainly on your damage, available gathering tools and current Player Market prices. New Cardia players will usually earn more through gathering, while stronger characters can focus on direct Penya farming and valuable item drops.

Dread Cove Isle

Starting from Royal Level 10, you can enter Dread Cove Isle through the teleporter.

Dread Cove Isle currently provides the highest direct Penya reward per monster. However, its monsters have considerably more HP than enemies from previous content. Your income therefore depends heavily on how quickly you can defeat them.

Before farming here for a longer period, test your kill speed and increase your damage as much as possible.

Focus on improvements such as:

• Better equipment and weapons

• Stronger awakenings and bonus stats

• Cards and diamonds

• Damage-related Power-Ups

• Pets, furniture and other character bonuses

Dread Cove Isle is primarily a single-target farming area. AoE farming is possible, but it is usually less effective.

If defeating the monsters takes too long, mining and gathering will generally provide better results until your damage improves.

Mining and Gathering

When first arriving in Cardia, you may not have enough damage to farm Royal monsters efficiently. The Mining and Gathering System provides a strong alternative that does not primarily depend on your combat equipment.

Plants and ores can be collected throughout Cardia and exchanged for valuable materials, including:

• Rainbow Stone

• Eternal Stone

Visit the Cardia mining and plant NPCs to view the available exchange recipes.

You need the appropriate tool for each type of resource:

Upgraded Gathering Tools

Upgraded tools increase both your gathering speed and the number of resources you receive.

Many guilds allow their members to use upgraded gathering tools for free. Ask your guild whether shared tools are available before purchasing or upgrading your own.

For a new Cardia player, mining and gathering with upgraded tools are generally more effective than farming Dread Cove Isle.

Planning a Gathering Route

Plants and ores are distributed across Cardia. Following a planned route reduces travel time and allows you to collect more resources during each farming session.

Player Market

The Player Market becomes increasingly important during the mid game. Many materials and items obtained in Cardia remain useful to late-game players and can therefore be sold for profit.

Regularly check current market prices before selling your items. Prices and demand can change depending on active events, new content and the number of players farming the same materials.

Useful items to watch include:

• Gathering materials

• Dungeon materials

• Equipment-upgrade materials

• Reroll materials

• Items required for exchange recipes

As your damage increases, you will gain access to more valuable farming locations and complete existing content faster. This allows you to combine direct Penya farming with selling valuable drops.

Do not judge a farming method only by its reward per monster. Travel time, kill speed, gathering speed and current market prices all affect your actual income.
