# Infinity Grid
## The Gift of Athena: Infinity Stones 
Athena, in her wisdom, has equipped you with the Infinity Grid, a powerful system that utilizes Infinity Stones to enhance your abilities and aid in the liberation of Madrigal. This system is unique to your character, a testament to Athena's trust in your capabilities.\

**Enhanced Guide to the Infinity Grid System**
Unlock the full potential of your adventure with the Infinity Grid System, a dynamic way to enhance your character's abilities over time. Here's how you can accumulate Infinity Points (IP) and leverage the Infinity Grid to maximize your character's prowess.
#### Earning Infinity Points
Infinity Points are your key to unlocking the vast potential within the Infinity Grid. You can earn these points through various activities in the game:
* **Vanquishing Monsters:** Engage in combat and defeat monsters scattered across the realm.
* **Defeating Boss Monsters:** Take on challenging boss monsters for a greater reward.
* **Completing Daily Quests:** Participate in daily quests in the regions of Kebaria and Aurania.
* **Harvesting in the Collectorfield:** Collect resources in the designated Collectorfield area.
* **Engaging in Guild Siege/Rumble:** Prove your might by battling other players in Guild Siege or Rumble events.
* **Recycling Infinity Stones:** Convert unused Infinity Stones into valuable Infinity Points.
#### Boost Your Earnings with the Infinity IP-Stone 
Enhance your point accumulation with the Infinity IP-Stone, available in the Vote Shop. This powerful item doubles the amount of Infinity Points you earn for one hour, giving you a significant boost towards reaching your goals.
#### Weekly Farm Limit
To maintain balance, there's a cap on how many Infinity Points you can collect each week:
* **Maximum Collection:** Up to 5,000,000 Infinity Points per week.
Keep an eye out for special events that offer double Infinity Points, providing an excellent opportunity to hit your weekly cap faster.
### Understanding the Infinity Grid
The Infinity Grid consists of two main parts:
* The **Crystals** in the center provides fixed permanent bonuses and can be upgraded with Infinity Points.
* The **outer slots** are used for Infinity Stones, which provide random stat lines and allow you to customize the Grid for your build.
Both parts use Infinity Points, so you must decide whether your next investment should be a guaranteed Crystal upgrade or another attempt at improving your Infinity Stone effects.
### Crystals
The Crystals in the Middle of the Grid can currently be upgraded up to **Level 13**. Every level provides permanent effects, with the bonuses becoming stronger as the Grid progresses.
Higher levels require increasingly large amounts of Infinity Points. Some later upgrades also require a specific **Royal Level**, meaning the entire Grid cannot be completed immediately on a new character.

### Infinity Stones
Infinity Stones are inserted into the outer slots of the Grid. Each type of stone has its own pool of possible effects and can grant between **one and five random stat lines** when inserted.
This means that two stones of the same type can produce very different results. One may provide several lines of a single main stat, while another may offer a mixture of offensive, defensive or utility bonuses.
If the result does not suit your build, you can remove the stone and insert it again to reroll its effects. Inserting and removing stones costs Infinity Points, so repeatedly chasing a perfect result can become expensive. Unwanted stones can instead be recycled to recover Infinity Points.
During early progression, focus on effects that are useful for your class rather than immediately trying to obtain a perfect roll. More optimized combinations become increasingly important as you approach endgame content.
### Obtaining Infinity Stones
Infinity Stones for the Early-Game can primarily be obtained from the [**Heaven of Madrigal Dungeon**](/content-progression/early-game-lvl-1-to-platin-50/early-game-dungeons/heaven-of-madrigal.md), which offers a higher chance of finding them. They can also drop in various older dungeons, although generally at a lower rate.\
Use the dungeon droplists available through the Teleporter to check which content can drop the stone you are looking for. This is especially useful when targeting a specific stat pool instead of farming random stones.
## Stone Effects: A Gamble with Great Rewards
Upon securing an Infinity Stone, its application within the Infinity Grid reveals its true potential. Each stone can bestow upon you 1 to 5 random effects, adding a layer of strategy and anticipation to their use. The beauty of this system lies in its flexibility; if the outcomes don't align with your expectations or needs, you have the option to remove the stones and reapply them, hoping for a more favorable set of effects.
## Practical Example: The Madrigal Stone (Duplicate)
To illustrate, let's consider the placement of a Madrigal Stone (Duplicate) within a slot of the Infinity Grid. The effects you might receive from this action are varied, demonstrating the system's random nature and potential for customization. For instance, you could end up with:
* 3x STR+1
* 5x STR+1
* 2x INT+1, 1x Speed+1%, and DEX+2
This variability ensures that each player's experience with the Infinity Grid is unique, offering a personalized approach to character enhancement. The strategic removal and reapplication of stones for different outcomes encourage experimentation and optimization of your character's capabilities.
### Endgame Infinity Stones
The available stone pool has been expanded with new [**Endgame Infinity Stones**](/content-progression/endgame-royal-20+/endgame-systems/infinity-grid-endgame-extension.md). These stones are designed for more specialized late-game builds and include advanced effects such as:
* Royal PvE Damage
* Elemental PvE Damage
* Increased Attack and main stats
* Cleave Damage and Cleave Chance
* Spell Vamp
* Speed, HP and defensive bonuses
* Additional Royal and Spirit EXP bonuses
Different endgame stones focus on different combinations of offensive, defensive and utility effects. Check their complete effect pools before investing Infinity Points, as not every stone is equally useful for every class.
The Infinity Grid is intended to grow with your character over time. You do not need perfect stones immediately; steady Crystal upgrades and useful stat combinations already provide a strong foundation.
