Online and Offline Vendors

Our unique Online/Offline Vendor System enhances the buying and selling experience for our users. This system is packed with features designed to streamline transactions and improve user interaction:

• Shop Bank: A secure location for all sold and unsold items, complete with notifications.

• Character Representation: An exact replica of your character, including glow, name, guild name, visible equipment, and icons.

• Shop Search Function: Easily find the shops you're looking for.

• Multiple Currency Feature: Supports transactions in various currencies.

• Access: Navigate through Start > Shop > ... to explore these features.

Obtaining Vendor Time

Vendor time can be acquired through different activities, depending on whether you're setting up an online or offline vendor:

• Online Vendor Time: Earned through dungeon runs, the Vote Shop, or by defeating World Bosses and Killing Monsters.
• Offline Vendor Time: Available as an Item Power-Up via the Vote Shop, World Boss encounters, or the Donate Shop or other Players. *If you haven't activated it, you will be limited to an Online Vendor, which is only operational while your character is logged into the game. However, by acquiring the Offline Vendor Buff Item, you gain the ability to set up your shop and go offline, keeping your vendor active without needing to be in the game yourself.
• Note: Special events may also grant Online/Offline Vendor time as part of their rewards.

VIP Shop System

Every player has the ability to purchase items from the VIP Shop Window. However, your items will only be listed for sale if you have the VIP Shop Status activated through the Item Buff.

The VIP Shop System expands upon the standard Vendor Shop System. Without VIP status, offline vendors are not listed in the Shop Search and can only be placed in Saint Morning. The VIP system offers:

• Visibility in Shop Search: Your shop will appear in search results.

• Flexible Placement: Set up your shop in almost any location.

• Multiple Shops: Place up to 3 identical shop clones in different locations for increased visibility and reach.

Additionally, when you have the VIP Shop Status active, you can enhance your Main Vendor by right-clicking on it to add cosmetic shop effects.

Why the VIP Shop System?

Since recent updates, acquiring VIP Shop Status has become more accessible through various methods, including farming. Here's how you can obtain it:

• Alchemy Recipes: Visit the Alchemy NPC located in Flarine, close to the Postbox/Bank-NPC. Here, you can use alchemy recipes that require quest items farmed from across Madrigal.

• Alternative Late-Game Methods: VIP Shop Status can also be obtained through specific late-game activities.

• Guild Siege Participation: Engaging in the Guild Siege events offers another pathway to earning VIP status.

• Nitro Boosts and Events: Monthly distributions from Nitro Boosts, alongside different events, provide additional opportunities to gain VIP Shop Status.

• Future Possibilities: We're exploring more ways to integrate VIP status acquisition into various aspects of the game, so stay tuned for future updates!

• Premium Shop: Additionally, VIP Shop Status can be directly purchased for 1500 Red Diamonds from the in-game Premium Shop!

This approach ensures that players have multiple avenues to achieve VIP Shop Status, enhancing their in-game experience and market participation. The introduction of the VIP Shop System, requiring a 1500 Red Diamond fee, was a strategic decision aimed at addressing market dynamics rather than profit-making. Its implementation has:

• Reduced Market Exploitation: Diminished the prevalence of free shop-searching for quick Penya, stabilizing market prices.

• Encouraged Fair Trading: Players can now sell items at higher prices, contributing to a more stable economy.

• Alternative Earning Methods: Players can obtain VIP status through in-game activities like Battleground, Rumble, or Penya farming, without mandatory payment.

• Maintained Market Activity: Items in non-VIP shops continue to sell, proving the system's effectiveness in balancing the game's economy.

Managing Your Sales and Vendor

Locating Your Perins

Sold and unsold items, along with the earned Perins, are deposited in the Shop Bank. Access it via Start -> Shop -> Shop Bank. In rare cases, you might need to close your shop to retrieve your items.

Closing Your Vendor

To close your vendor, simply right-click on the shop. Your items will then move to the Shop Bank, where you can reclaim them into your inventory.
